The letting agent

Walk the flat between tenancies, speak as you go, and hand the landlord the Inventory and Check-in Record.

Krzysztof lets flats across the city. Between tenancies, the inventory and check-in used to cost him an evening per property.

How it works

  1. Open the property between tenancies; the previous record is there.

  2. Walk the flat room by room — photograph the condition, speak your notes as you go.

  3. Vitna drafts the Inventory and Check-in Record; you check it on the doorstep.

  4. Hand the landlord the finished inventory before you drive to the next one.

Report types used: Inventory and Check-in.
