Fleet, in German

Walk the vehicle, speak the defects, and file a proper German walkaround check — evidence attached.

Jürgen keeps a fleet of vans on the road. Every vehicle gets walked and checked, and every defect has to be on the record.

How it works

  1. Open the vehicle's job in the German interface.

  2. Walk around the van — a photo of every defect, a spoken line for each.

  3. Vitna drafts the walkaround check; you sign it off on the spot.

  4. The defect record and its photos stay findable when the question comes later.

Report types used: Vehicle walkaround defect check.
